About the Role
We're seeking a creative and talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and create beautiful, intuitive interfaces that delight our clients and their customers. You'll be responsible for the entire design process, from research to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements
- Conduct user research and testing
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design UI elements and tools
- Develop UI style guides and pattern libraries
- Collaborate with developers for implementation
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables
Requirements
- 4+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Experience with design systems and pattern libraries
- Understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with user research and testing
